Kale Salad with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette and Parmesan Shavings
Serves: 4-6
Kale Salad with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette & Shaved Parmesan
  • 8 cups, thinly sliced Kale {that has been washed & dried}
  • ¾ cup fresh parmesan shavings
  • Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette, to taste
  1. Place kale in a large salad bowl.  Toss with a few tablespoons of the Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette & top with fresh parmesan shavings.
