As this week’s menu is making it’s way to you, the girls and I are with the horses in Southern California. We will be driving home through the night on Sunday, which means the boys back home are on their own for Easter…the first time this has ever happened and it makes me a bit sad. Can’t wait to get home….
After 5 days of eating out, I am looking forward to dinners of fresh eggs, radishes, asparagus & dipping into the preserved Meyer lemons I made last month. Can it be…Spring! See you all back here on Monday evening.
